Green Canopy Consulting which provides safety, security, and compliance to our clients in the health, medicine, and food service industries that often have to follow specific government regulations. This includes numerous clients in the medical cannabis industry.

SMA Consulting which provides general security consulting needs, CPTED, threat assessments, organizational behavior and culture consulting and criminal justice public policy consulting.

Blue Canopy Consulting which takes a best practices approach to our OSHA online training modules, where we use topic specific OSHA compliance technology to provide insights that provides options for your safety compliance decisions. Our approach is highly customizable to meet the unique needs of each client. 1-500 employees can be trained online or in person.

    SMA Founder and Criminologist

    Served for 24-years as a law enforcement officer at the local, state, and federal level, ending his law enforcement career as the sheriff of Johnson County, Kansas serving a population of over 600,000 citizens and one of the larges sheriff’s offices in the Midwest. As a criminologist, Dr. Myers has studied crime, criminal justice organizations, and public policy and is an advisor to numerous private and public companies in the United States. Dr Myers is OSHA 30 General Safety certified and certified in Crime Prevention Through Enviornmental Design (CPTED) techniques.

  • Al Sanchez, MBA

    Director of Training & OSHA/FMCSA Expert

    Over 20 years law enforcement experience as a police officer and state trooper. After retirement from law enforcement has focused on safety compliance and training including OSHA related safety measures and transportation safety measures. Al is OSHA 30 General Safety certified and is our lead FMSCA advisor. Al served in U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S Marine Corps Reserve. Al is the SMA director of training and oversees our outstanding LMS on-line training platform and student enrollments.
